Who We Are
Seaside Pizza Co. is locally owned and operated. Matt Bucklin and Evan Walker opened the shop in 2021. It has stayed a neighborhood spot ever since — family-friendly, counter service, pizza that goes into the oven when you order it, not before.
Our cooks bring years of kitchen experience to the line. No shortcuts on the food. Fresh dough, balanced sauce, quality cheese, and toppings handled with care. That is the standard on every order, whether it is a single slice or a catering run.
Why Pacific Beach
If you have been to Pacific Beach then you know how vibrant and fun it can be, we wanted to be a part of that and the community.
What we can say is that the location fits the food. The walk-up order window on Mission Blvd sits a short walk from the beach and the boardwalk so that you can grab a slice on the way to the sand or a whole pie on the way home. And because a beach town runs late, we stay open until 2 AM on Friday and Saturday nights.
What We Make
The menu covers more ground than a typical slice shop:
- Specialty pizzas loaded with premium toppings, plus classic favorites
- Build-your-own pizzas — pick the crust, sauce, and toppings
- Slices, garlic bread, wings, and other quick bites
- Fresh salads, baked cookies, gelato, and drinks
We also sell take-and-bake pizzas. Same fresh preparation, ready for your oven at home. And for parties or events, our catering covers freshly prepared pizzas and sides so you can feed a crowd without running a kitchen.

We source our ingredients locally here in California. It is a practical choice, not a slogan — shorter distances mean fresher produce and better-tasting food on your plate. California grows some of the best ingredients in the country. We are proud to use them, and we think you can taste the difference.

Find us at the walk-up window on Mission Blvd in Pacific Beach, or order online for pickup or delivery. We are open daily from 11 AM until 9 PM Monday through Thursday, until 2 AM Friday and Saturday, and until 10 PM on Sunday.
